I would have given a zero star, I met a surgeon here who was disrespectful, condescending, telling me this is Australia, I know that, I was never helped by you to come to the country. I asked at the time of booking and was told that I don't need medical insurance, not even mentioned to me that that was just consultation. This arrogant Dr tried to shift the blame on me, but when I told him that if the info had been provided from onset, we wouldn't be having issues then. Is more about 15 minutes consultation and money? I had a horrible experience at this centre due to the way I was treated , one of the podiatrist that provided me treatment was extremely rude , she spoke to me in a inhuman way My English is not that good & I need my daughter to translate what she was saying to me , she got offended that we spoke Arabic . I received a letter today that stated that she is unable to continue with our treatment as my daughter & I behave towards her was disrespectful apparently. I don’t recommend this place at all .
DONT EVER COME HERE ! I went last week for treatment & the podiatrist that they provided was disgustingly rude she told me not to give my opinion and that she’s the podiatrist so I shouldnt be giving suggestions and on top of that she got triggered that I had to translate to my mom in Arabic and she asked “ why are you speaking Arabic you can speak to me “ when she can see my mother clearly does not understand English & today I received a letter saying she’s transferring me to another podiatrist because apparently my behavio... read more
