Terrible... the female dr I saw rushed me out without even giving me a proper diagnosis. Advised me to get over the counter medication and would not listen to my concerns when I told I need steroids. In the end never gave me a prescription, rang the place to remind them the dr about the prescription and the receptionist said I had to make another booking for that. I'm like are you for real! Not only do you have to wait 40 + minutes to get in but once you do get in you get 30 seconds with the doctor.. he rushes you to get out and doesn’t even take time to look and answer questions. I’ve been here many times and it’s nothing new. Will not be coming back.
Despite having a booked appointment on Saturday, I waited over an hour to be seen (1hr and 10mins in total). When I was finally called in, there was no acknowledgement of the long wait. Very disappointing, their GP really needs to manage their time more effectively, especially considering this practice is not fully bulk billed.
I wouldn’t waste your time with this dr surgery. They used to be good but they are rude especially the practise manager. Wendy is an amazing dr but unfortunately the practice as a whole is very bad. I used to go to Wendy all the time and because I couldn’t in with her one day I saw another dr there and then they told me I’m not allowed to see Wendy again which had been my dr for 10 years and I didn’t do anything wrong.
