Horrible experience with this dealers service department. Took my car in for a recall, tire rotation and asked the check the rear brakes on one side. It was grinding and the brake rotor was grooved and not wearing properly. They tried to sell me a brake service instead of addressing the problem. The car is a 2024 with 5,000kms - pretty much brand new. It shouldn't need a brake service, it needs a new rotor and possibly brake pads. Took my vehicle here for some repairs, back in 2024... wasn't impressed that they had to keep my vehicle for an extra day because of them being short staffed... but it is what it is... I was charged $100 for a tire repair because he had to "open the tire".... so imagine my surprise when the tire still had a slow leak... however due to going into labour, I wasn't able to bring my vehicle back in.
