Absolutely disgraceful experience — Highbury Ford should be ashamed. This place is a complete disaster. Unprofessional, unethical, and reeks of systemic racism. I booked an oil change online and even got both email and text confirmations. But when I showed up, they flat-out denied the appointment ever existed.
