Was not happy with the service manager at all.
I would give it zero stars if I could. Never go here. they did unauthorized work and gave me a $3000 bill and wouldn’t release my car until it was paid. I had no idea they were even going to charge any money. over $2000 of that money was so-called storage fee that I didn’t even know it was incurring.
I am so happy with my car and the way it looks now that I don’t have words to express the gratitude for the job they did. The last time I saw my car it looked like it was going to be a write off because of the damages but now it looks brand new. Brian and his team in that shop are the best of the best, SUPERB, AWESOME and with a very high level of customer service. Thank you, thank you and thank you.
Terrible. Poor customer service and can’t get the job done the first time. They tell you they’ll call you back at 5pm that day nothing of by the end of the week nothing. Then you have to call to see what’s going on. Will never get a vehicle from them again and once my lease it’s up. Bye bye.
Horrible customer service. I've tried calling the body shop for several days no one answers, no one answers the voicemail, I've even called sales to have them go and get someone from the body shop to call, and nothing. Very much regretting buying a car from here.
