This motel is wonderful. Being in the industry for many years with an international chain this review is based on my career. It is clean, clean, clean! The bathroom has 2 sinks..one inside the bath and one outside so we could both get ready together. The breakfast had hot and cold items with protein and pastry for your sweat tooth. The Highbrook was the perfect location for my husband and I. It was just outside the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor yet close enough to walk into town or catch the shuttle that stop out front of the motel! Customer service was prompt and friendly. The thoughtful touches (cookies in the afternoon, umbrella for pop up showers) were much appreciated! Highly recommend!
Adam and his crew take impeccable care of the motel and grounds! We stayed for 3 nights over the 4th of July holiday and Adam offered so many good suggestions on how to take advantage of the town while navigating around the crowds! The motel is close enough to walk to Bar Harbor or ride a bike! The room was exceptionally clean and the service superb! We especially liked the ease of ordering breakfast and having it delivered on our porch the next morning! Thank you for a great stay!
This is the best of the best! We stayed here for 2 nights while on a roadtrip from Boston to Acadia and it was the best hotel/motel of the entire trip!
