James, the owner of this business, is a good neighbor. They did an excellent job on replacing some soffit, and installing seamless gutters on my home. To top it off, he allowed me to make payments on the work done. But, that's only because we're neighbors. You can't beat their service, pricing and payment, and quality workmanship!
They were meticulous at weeding my flower beds and did a professional job putting down my mulch.
Two thumbs up for Highbanks Home Improvements. My first experience was exceptional. They did the first big yard maintenance this spring cutting, edging, trim hedges, weed control and mulch in flower beds. Its obvious by the quality of work they do they are very concerned with customer satisfaction. I was so pleased by there work I still have them biweekly. Thanks Highbanks, keep up the great work!!

The owner of this company is completely incompetent. He had one employee that knows what he is talking about and the guy is completely overworked. The guy that does estimates and supposedly runs the company is only seen during estimates and time to collect and looks like he is high on something or drunk. Anyone using this company beware the owner knows nothing
