Visited this surgery Saturday as our usual vets at Forrestfield were busy. I was extremely disappointed with the entrance. As it was heavenly raining my large dog who was on a lead coming in slipped and both back legs parted completely. They should have a non slip entrance or make it non slip. And it was extra slippery as there was so much debris which should have been brushed up as it was an early appointment.
