Today I booked an appointment for my daughter at 3pm and called the reception at 3:03pm, to inform them that my daughter was running late for the appointment (as Uber cancelled her pick up and another driver arrived late). The receptionist checked if the doctor can see my daughter and as the doctor declined, my appointment was cancelled. Noting how hard it is to secure medical appointments, I think the clinics should be more empathetic and understanding towards the patients.
They have an AI receptionist and it seems like I can’t get through to an actual person. What’s going on??
Very rude ans disrecpectful AI receptionist refuses to allow you to speak to humans.
Such a bad experience with receptionist she was so rude with me really upset.
Can't make an appointment on line without disclosing Credit card details. I wont use anymore.
