SAVE YOUR MONEY ON HIGH ESTIMATES WITHOUT THE QUALITY TO JUSTIFY THE EXPENSE This is meant to save you from a year of begging them to do the right thin and also spending money on someone to come and fix it. While I did the right thing keeping them on my project when we switched contractors so that their contract would be made whole, in the end they did not do the same for me.
