Purchased a new convertor for zero 10. When I got it it had a disconnected wire, I queried this and was told that was normal. Compared it to one I was replacing and the wire was not normal it was broken. Contacted you Mitch who said they would be closed for two weeks so he couldn't replace it. After numerous efforts to contact him with no the luck I drove to the store, an hour away only to find it permanently closed.
