We renovated our 9,000-square-foot warehouse retail space and specified 14 large-format 72-inch commercial ceiling fans across the sales floor — but our structural engineer required every fan to be bolted directly to confirmed roof framing members rather than standard brace bar assemblies given the dynamic load of 14 large fans running continuously. Our exterior brick patio was completely dark, making it difficult to entertain guests after sunset. The design team created a wonderful layout using low-profile path markers and beautiful accent lights along our retaining wall. They managed to hide all the wires beneath our landscaping stone perfectly. The ambiance out there now is absolutely incredible for evening relaxation.

Woke up on a Sunday morning to a strong burning plastic smell coming from our utility closet and lost all power to our water heater. I called this team in a panic, and they managed to dispatch someone out to our place by mid-day. The guy located a melted wire connection immediately and had us up and running safely before dark.
