Oh gosh this is hard because the technician that came was an absolute sweetheart of a guy, but completely unable to solve my stove installation job. I purchased a new stove to replace our old one and purchased two cords for the electrician to install, depending on which cord he thought was more appropriate, the three prong or the four prong.
