Don't make assumptions based upon the name. I had an amazing experience at my first Fire and Ice Breath Work class. The breath work is like nothing you have ever experienced before. The ice bath and sauna intervals was great for my recovering body from endurance sport. Sage is a master of his craft. The team was great at guiding the class. I am absolutely looking forward to going back.
This place will bring out the best side of you! The atmosphere is vibrantly positive and supportive. The Sunday breathwork/sauna/cold tub session has consistently allowed me to level up each week and learn the valuable skill of remaining calm during stressful times. Sage, Morgan, and Josh are the health Guru's that you want on your team, 5 stars!
Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend HVH!
