Excellent experience from start to finish. I called High Vac Services for a 2nd opinion on a repair estimate from another HVAC contractor. The initial contractor quoted a high repair cost and highly recommended total system replacement. The High Vac technician came out soon after I called and inspected our HVAC system. He found a bad wire that needed replacement but that the issues the original tech stated needing repair were not present and that our system is in excellent working condition; it doesn't need replacement.
