Originally I worked with two employees Josh and Mike; they were very kind and had great communication. However the owner is very unprofessional and made a false promise to cover his mistake. He was inappropriately agressive with me while dealing with a repair for my neighbor that I took responsibility for. Fabulous from start to finish. Josh and Mike in the office made the whole process so easy. The shop finished the job in less time than expected and even detailed my interior for pick up. They worked with my insurance and made it so see less. The auto body work is perfect. Highly recommend high tone.
I had the most amazing customer service experience at High Tone Autobody in Basalt today! I had an issue with my truck and it was immediately addressed by a wonderful man at the front named Mike. It was like service used to be 30 years ago in aspen and the roaring fork valley. I was blown away!!! Thank you High Tone auto body. I will send all my friends your way. You are the best!!!
