Hey, I just want to clear up a couple of things about a review written a year ago that said some unkind things about High Tone. The woman claimed she was taking care of her neighbor's car and getting repaired at High Tone. The woman actually hit the car and caused the damage. High Tone was wonderful and fixed the car incredibly fast and did a terrific job. As for the rental car, the reviewer was very angry because it was a Cadillac. So? Everyone was incredibly kind, but the work they did on my car was not optimal. I had to take it elsewhere to find multiple missing parts. Fortunately, I’ve spent enough time under my car to know when something is missing, but for those who only use their car to get from point A to point B, they wouldn’t notice anything.
These guys are the best in the valley. Its not even close. I have worked with them for 20 years.
In not prone to favorable reviews. Much easier for me to gripe about how a business failed me. Nonetheless, I was 5 Star plus impressed with Hi Tone. Fast, efficient, professional, reasonable, the list goes on. I went out of my way to tell my insurance company how great this company treated me so that they could sent clients their way.
Mike was great! Had a large repair on my 2025 F250 he handled everything with insurance company it was less headache for me great job highly recommend them.
