I had the most amazing customer service experience at High Tone Autobody in Basalt today! I had an issue with my truck and it was immediately addressed by a wonderful man at the front named Mike. It was like service used to be 30 years ago in aspen and the roaring fork valley. I was blown away!!! Thank you High Tone auto body. I will send all my friends your way. You are the best!!!
Wow! My car really is like new! After sliding on the snow with both mechanical and cosmetic damage, my car was fixed in a timely manner! What a great State Farm shop! Thank you High Tone.
Poor to no communication, with taking 5-6 months and never a real reason why? Didn’t return phone calls, and I had no I go there 3 times over the course in attempts to see why this was taking so long. Always a different reason. On pickup the car was dirty and battery dead. Not one time did anyone say sorry it took so long nor did they care. Poor customer service. Very disappointing.
These guys are the best. Gerardo helped me out the whole way through and I swear they washed and nearly detailed the inside of my car before returning it to me. It was beautiful and I will definitely be back for any body work.
