Very polite and professional.
I had a great experience at High Tides Dental. The building is brand new and the facilities are fantastic. On top of that, I was super impressed with the staff and the doctors.
I got in right away, got an evaluation, and appreciated the visit
Oh my goodness the most AMAZING experience I've had since I was younger! They are slowly but surely healing my childhood trauma from other dentist horror stories, with their welcoming spirits and environment. I truly have been so amazed by every interaction I've had thus far with anyone I've come in contact to they are so understanding and willing to fix any issues that arise. If I could give them 1/2 star I would do so. They are very unprofessional and do not stick to their quoted prices. They charged me more for a cleaning and X-ray before I even got out of the chair and then sent me a statement 30 days later claiming I owed an additional amount Stay away. 1/27They did agree that their charge was incorrect and I owe nothing. Thank you for owning up to your mistake.
