Got to the beach Sunday night for the first time since Thanksgiving and discovered several leaks in the RV. Turned off all the water and “survived” until Monday morning when we called the technician we usually go to for RV repairs. He was booked solid for 3 weeks and couldn’t fit us in so we looked online for an alternative. High Tide had good reviews and was close to where we were staying so we called them. Nathan and workers did a fabulous, speedy job fixing my awning, slide, and other electrical issues. He worked with my insurance and was most agreeable. I’ve had experience with many rv repairmen over the years and he is the best of them all! Highly recommend.
I received timely service (on a holiday weekend)with great care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and professional service.
Nathan did a good job at a reasonable price on working on my roof and even came back to go beyond what was expected to clean out an AC unit. Super guy that I highly recommend.
We had amazing customer service with High Tide RV. We messaged them on Facebook on our way to Myrtle beach to see if they could repair pur slide. They promptly replied came out to the RV park we were at and assessed the problem , ordered the part and had it repaid while we were there .the prices were fair and customer service like no other we have had with RV repair . I appreciate them So much and will use them in the future.
