BEST ON THE BEACH!!!! Our RV is 21 years old,and we have used HiTide several times. We have called several times and stopped by the shop on our way to the beach for a quick repair. We will never use anybody but HiTide. Nathan, Lou and Lee are the best, friendliest and fairest priced service around. Nobody but HITIDE for us!!
When we called for service - no hot water - Nathan, the owner was cordial and professional. The technician, Lou, showed up in under 20 minutes. He fixed the water heater, gave my husband a few tips, and we had a lovely conversation. Cost was fantastic!!!! We'll DEFINITELY call them again for ANY camper repair needs!!! The DeLongs
We had a few leaks in our camper, and High Tide came right to our site to help within a couple of hours. They were able to diagnose the problem, fix it, and give us some tips on how we can improve being RV owners! These guys were great! 10/10!
We had our furnace go out. They came right away and replaced the computer board. Worked amazingly! Thanks to them we had heat do we didn't have to be cold.
Got to the beach Sunday night for the first time since Thanksgiving and discovered several leaks in the RV. Turned off all the water and “survived” until Monday morning when we called the technician we usually go to for RV repairs. He was booked solid for 3 weeks and couldn’t fit us in so we looked online for an alternative. High Tide had good reviews and was close to where we were staying so we called them.
