Jordan and Matt always provide me with great, efficient service and have now installed 2 new toilets, a new kitchen tap & soap dispenser, plus a new ensuite vanity & tap. I would highly recommend High Tide for any plumbing needs you may have.

Top notch service from everyone we have dealt with, Matt for our new hot water tank & Tammae for servicing of our gas fireplace. Jordan has a great team, responsive and efficient.
Probably one of the best plumbing companies in Nanaimo. Jordan and Matt came and replaced my Poly-B piping. They showed me some of the pipes, I am very lucky none of it burst.
