Excellent, diligent service. Matt was very professional and very helpful in explaining the work included in the hot water heater installation in order to meet current plumbing codes. We plan to use High Tide for future plumbing renovation work in our townhouse.
Can highly recommend High Tide Plumbing & Gas. Was referred by another company who was unable to deal with our emergency at that time. Had an issue with our Navien On Demand Hot Water Tank (no hot water), called and spoke to Jordan, and he came out to take a look, assess, and service the tank that day. Won’t go into the specifics, but the next day, Tamme came out to further work on the tank and ordered replacement parts required and managed to get us some hot water. Always a positive experience with Jordan and High Tide. First it was a huge reno at our house, last year it was getting lines run for a natural gas BBQ, and this year it was a toilet replacement at the office. Always dependable, respectful, professional, and awesome.
