Had a new hot water on demand system installed a few months ago, the team was great, service excellent. From the estimate through the installation process the High Tide team was professional, efficient and came in under budget. I highly recommend High Tide Plumbing.

Turns out we had a gas fire that was so old, it was impossible to get spare parts for Tammy to service it. If your fire has gold trim and it has been painted black, it is more than likely very old. Tammy looked to see if she could find parts from other fires that might work, without compromising safety. In the end we took the plunge and had Tammy install a modern fire and fireplace. Love it, almost wish for more cold nights so we can turn it on more often.
We had an excellent experience with this company. Joseph was reliable and knowlegeable. Everyone we dealt with from the beginning to the end was a professional.
Tamme was out and did our conversion to LP.. fantastic lady! Friendly, courteous, on time and very funny … would highly recommend this company and definitely Tamme!!
