Any works that’s been done there always has to come back. Told me my boat was ready, a week later I went to pick it up and they’re outside working on it. Lady that answers the phone is rude also. Avoid em
Staff is top notch. Guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very fast and will help you out any way they can. Never had an issue with the work they have done for me.
I have three words of advice to anyone thinking about using this "establishment" to service your boat, motor, or trailer: RUN, RUN, RUN !!!
High tide Marine formerly Baker's Evinrude are the worst people to do business with they know zero about working on outboard motors I took one to be fixed it ran as bad or worse when I got it back and burn a new water pump up plus they knocked a big chunk out of my carburetor throat and didn't tell me I found out when I got it back home and couldn't figure out why it wasn't running any better I don't expect They will be in business long for one they will never getting none of mine or anybody I know update these people couldn... read more
