Always a pleasant experience. Dr Jerry Back and his staff have always provided, myself and my family, with excellent care. I highly recommend this practice and continue to appreciate their professionalism.
Dr. Back takes an individual approach to each patient. He asks a lot of questions in order to get to know the patient so that he can better tailor his recommendations for improving and maximizing their health. He takes time to carefully explain things in a way that is easy to understand and I have never felt like he or his office is rushing me out the door in order to get to the next patient.
Dr. Back and his staff are welcoming, professional, and thorough. Dr. Back takes the time to explain the recommendations he is making and answer questions. I appreciate the great care, thank you!
I have been going to Doctor Morgan’s office for over a year, and have yet to have a pleasant experience at the office. Not only are the staff rude and insensitive, but the doctor does not seem to care about her patients. Me, as well as others in my family have had MANY issues with this practice; lack of communication, misdiagnosis’s and simply rude and near cruel interactions.
