We hired Rae and his team for our wedding. He was gracious enough to prepare a menu of our choice. An all BBQ dinner, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, creamy dutch potatoes, corn bream, homemade buns, BBQ sauce toppings and caesar salad. The food was STELLAR! We had the pleasure of working with Rae for our wedding. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the very first phone call, Rae’s communication was phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. Rae and his team at HighTide Food Group delivered an outstanding wedding lunch that left our family and friends thoroughly impressed. Chef Rae and his staff catered my wedding and it was amazing! We were undecided on the type of food we wanted to serve so he laid out some ideas and let us mix and match what suited us and our vision. Food was delicious, service was great and prices were fair. Highly recommend!
