Enjoy the friendly atmosphere and good service
The team was friendly, and I know illness is unpredictable. Unfortunately, my 8 a.m. Monday morning new patient cleaning was cancelled with a message sent about 10 minutes before I arrived. After waiting a month+ and driving ~25 km, "that was tough, not a good start to welcome a new patient, especially now with a 2.5‑month wait for the next appointment". If possible, I’d appreciate earlier alerts and priority for any cancellations. Hoping for a smoother next visit
