We had a great experience working with High Tech Shades - they were prompt, responsive, and on top of it. Some other vendors wouldn't even help us with our small, abnormal-sized window shade.
JiJi assisted us in the store in Novato and helped us go through multiple catalogs looking for the best shades in our price range. Wassim came to our home to measure the windows and doors and within 3 weeks our shades were installed by Ramzi, who was amazing! The process was seamless and the price was competitive. Their product range is vast and they don't try to sell you the most expensive option. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend High Tech Shades to anyone looking for new window or door coverings.
Josh and his team installed three motorized exterior shades at our home, and the experience couldn't have been better. Josh was easy to work with from start to finish — communication was excellent, he showed up on time, and the finished product looks great. He'll be our first call for any window shades or blinds going forward.
The staff was extremely helpful in finding the best solution for our needs. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I would use their services again.
