I've been a customer for 3 years now and love them! As a former ADT customer, I wasn't used to the quick calls when my alarm would go off. The other company would never call. If you're looking for a local company that cares about their customers, diligently monitors your system and quickly calls to see if you are safe, then look no more. High Tech Security is your answer.
This is a GREAT local company! There honest with pricing and will work with you unlike the bigger nation wide companies which charge way to much on the monthly after seeing other pricing. The gentlemen I met were nice polite and knew there product. Overall I am more than satisfied with there services and performance!
Terrible service department... contact number on bill send's you to phone rote where no one ever answers. I finally call the local police department to ask them for a contact number, got through to a human, but a technician was not available. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!
