I've had to bring my laptop back 2x---and I will NOT be making the same mistake a 3rd time. I work from home on my laptop--which means I'm on the internet for research, but NOT even remotely going to sites which would obviously make problems since I make a living off this computer. Somehow, I like any other person, started having a problems with a virus. Where it came from---who knows?--but my laptop was taken to this establishment. I have taken 2 desk top's here for virus issues. Both work flawlessly now.
Honest, Fast, & Great service
Simple jack repair apparently destroyed my laptop while they had it. Blue screen of death 2-10 times a day on average. Internet shuts down constantly. We have a MAC, another Dell, 3 Nooks, 2 iphones, and a desktop that work fine. They have destroyed my laptop and have kept my $140. Now to take it to a reputable shop would cost another $200? I would highly recommend you do not hire this firm for anything.
