Our basement started flooding from a broken pipe in December 2024. Our insurance company hired High Tech to do the repairs and it has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. They have been very disorganized and inefficient. It's now the end of April and they are still not finished. High tech work consistently when we had a flood .. their workers kind and friendly … only have high praise for their hard work.... 5/5 and their main contacts Sal and Marty were always ready to help during a tough time ..

Said that they will only work with insurance company and not if you are client of Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction... I do have home insurance??? Are you being discriminatory???

My insurance company hired High Tech to do a tear down and then also hired them to do a rebuild after a flood a year ago. From the start of the job to the end it was a nightmare After a flood, fans are normally installed to dry out the area so mold growth does not happen, they did a walk through decided it was a complete.tear out and therefor decided not to bring any fans in.
