Tom Biven was so easy to work with no pressure sales. worked with us to develop a pool of our dreams. We wanted to include a fast lane into pool design and he researched and communicated with endless pools to get all the correct information. Both Tom and the High-tech pool employees have been very responsive to all our questions & concerns. Can’t wait to see the finished project when weather breaks. Highly recommend this company.
I just wanted to share my experience, Dale the Technician diagnosed and repaired my leaking pump in a timely manner. He pointed out some future work needed and was extremely knowledgeable. I strongly recommend him. Bruce and the service team provided fast service to get me on the schedule.
Great experience!! I worked with Bruce in the Service Department for the parts needed, and Dale, Service Tech came out to install the part to get the pool up and running. Cannot thank them enough for the great service and would highly recommend them! Tom
