Dale Berthold and Allen Meyers of High Tech pools are excellent employees. I had an issue with my pool, they came out and dissected the problem immediately and implemented the work needed to get my pool back in working order. I have had a few neighbors who had thier pool installed by this company. I was pretty satisfied with the quality of the pools, clean plumbing at the pump, filter and heater along with the hydraulic pool cover. I figured I would reach out for a consultation to discuss installing a pool in my back yard since they offer gunnite white others offer fiberglass. I so far have left an online inquiry, and two voicemails with zero response.

We used Hi Tech Pools to construct our pool a few years back. They truly stand by their product and workmanship. The service department is very responsive and attentive to needs.
