Had my Sprinter Van towed to them from a Mercedes dealership I originally bought it at roughly 100mi away. They had it for 3 weeks and couldn’t / wouldn’t fix it due to going into limp mode after putting the same size tires on it that were on every other Sprinter on their lot.. Amazing communication, " Dusty ", was very knowledgeable about My transmission and even makes videos about what he's done so it feels very transparent. I had a 722.9 transmission sensor failure and he managed to fix it right away. I opted for a new conductor plate regardless and was cheaper than one bought out new and programmed. He's got my visit next time
