I paid this company $15,000 at their recommendation for a brand new hvac system complete with parts and labor warranty. First summer in use less than a year since instillation the system does not cool the house any it is flooding the basement and getting moldy. I’ve been calling for weeks. They were going to send someone 8am Friday. He didn’t arrive until 8pm, so we had to wait in a 100 degree house for twelve hours waiting on him. Horrible. The guy said he was too big to work in my attic! Unbelievable.
I spoke with Sami and told him I needed a quick quote since my roof was going to be replaced. He came that same afternoon, looked at my old 30 year old AC/heating system and gave me a quote the following day. When we agreed on the price I asked him to come and put the platform for the unit while the roofers had just removed the roof.
