They were assigned by my home warranty, but failed to fix the problem, and then when the warranty company sent them back, they lied on their report and quit the job, leaving me back to square one with a broken AC for several weeks.
I scheduled a repair and was told the technician would arrive between 1 and 4. No one showed up and I didn’t get a single update or courtesy call. When I called the office they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and offered to reschedule for the following week. No apology and no urgency. I ended up finding another company that actually cared.
They were assigned by my home warranty, but I would definitely use them again. They came right away and did a thorough diagnosis, found the problem and fixed it. Couldn't have gone any better.
We are very pleased with this company, they came out once and resolved a problem we had in our apartment. Four other companies came out and they could not figure out what was causing our AC vent leaking nonstop. We no longer have that issue. I highly recommend this company.
