Craig is the man. He shows up when he says he will, communicates effectively and cares about his work. A refreshing breath of fresh air, after dealing with many contractors that don't follow through
Unfortunately, we had a pretty terrible experience working with Craig and High Tech Home Improvement LLC. My wife and I have been in Park City for 8+ years, and this was hands down the worst experience we have ever had with any contractor. Craig promised the world, but when it came to delivering on our bathroom remodel, it was an awful experience. Craig came to our rescue when no other pool company would even come up the hill to get our pool opened after our first season here. He not only took care of our pool and hot tub, but along the way has done several small repairs around our home and diagnosed and repaired a troublesome gas furnace that had a bad flame sensor. Craig repaired and stained my fireplace mantle that was installed incorrectly many years ago . Looks fantastic ! He also took care of some drywall work . Craig is honest , professional and prompt . I would definitely hire Craig for more work .
