had a very disappointing experience with this company. In the winter, a technician came to check my furnace and spent maybe 5–7 minutes in my home. I was told everything was fine, but then received a sales pitch to prepay for both heating and AC service, with the promise of a discount if I paid then. I went ahead and paid. Noticed 8 year old AC unit was running longer than it should. Called High Tech. Guy came out. Low refrigerant, either a leak or an obstruction (which didn't make much sense to me). Will cost $1000.00 to find the leak. New unit might be the way to go according to repair man. Just didn't seem right to me---heavy on the sale pitch of new unit, which also included a salesman contacting me a few days later to pitch the same option. Called different repair man. He came out.
