They took care of the problem very quickly and fully explained what was wrong.
Noticed 8 year old AC unit was running longer than it should. Called High Tech. Guy came out. Low refrigerant, either a leak or an obstruction (which didn't make much sense to me). Will cost $1000.00 to find the leak. New unit might be the way to go according to repair man. Just didn't seem right to me---heavy on the sale pitch of new unit, which also included a salesman contacting me a few days later to pitch the same option. Called different repair man. He came out.
