The doctor was immediately dismissive of my mental health issues & tried to solicit me to join a weight loss workshop instead of addressing my illness. none of the staff seem to know what they are doing. I had to explain my needs several different times to multiple staff before I received any help. I couldn’t tell if they didn’t care or were preoccupied while on the phone with me. Poor customer service and medical practices. They don't read your charts or medical history and treat you poorly. I absolutely do not recommend. Go to Kelsey Seybold instead. Anywhere but here
Waiting in the lobby and then waiting in the patient's room is way too much. It is at least an hour.
Don't waste your time!! Parking is a nightmare, the staff is severely incompetent, and the front desk are young clueless individuals, the wait time is a joke. I finally got an to see the Dr after, the 1st failed attempt of bad directions, no parking, spaces riding around on a wild goose chase. I spent my entire morning, paid $40. Copay, insurance billed for what mounted to a 1hr:45min visit for a referral, that was incorrect. (Paperwork wrong) Not even the referred Dr could get this referral in over a weeks time. Last couple day trying to get my mom blood pressure medication refilled. Still waiting. They are under staff. If they can't provide service they should close their door for good.
