This lab is So bad and the Customer Service is horrible! I called to ask for a fee schedule and time table and the Lady who answered was so rude and she told me that she did not have time to send me the information I was requesting. I also scheduled at time for them to come and introduced themselves and when I called and asked her if they were still coming she bother to say no we are so busy I cant". Then I asked her to provide the information via email and she said "I'm to busy to write down your email".
