While on a week visit to Sarnia, we experienced a “hit and run” dent in a parking lot. Sandro and Jorden at High Tech were absolutely amazing! Fortunately they were able to take us in right away. Jorden worked away at fixing the dent . He was patient , persistent and professional… a man who takes pride in his trade. Sandro made sure we were well taken care of…Professional through and through. Amazing service, great staff, just a great experience!
Needed a door replaced on a car. The lady at the counter was incredibly arrogant. I walked in and asked what their door replacement cost was excluding the door itself. She told me I would have to bring the car in to be seen which is understandable, I just wanted a rough idea. I showed her a quote from another repair shop which had all the required repairs written in it to see what their price for the same services was. She proceeds to say “We aren’t Walmart.
