I wish I could go two reviews... One five star for Krysta who is a first class customer service asset to Carstar. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and I have never seen anyone type so fast (she's a machine!) so she obviously knows her tools. Four star is almost five but I'm being honest response timing and call backs promised in "15 minutes" or "a half hour" that never came and I had to call back frustrated me.
