I had my 2019 Audi s5 dropped off on 2/17/2026 and was told to come in to agree to repair form and they told me they would give me daily updates. A week goes by no word and I drive by to see my car in the same spot from when I had came in. I had an outstanding experience at Hi-Tech Collision Center Reno! I took my Tesla Model Y in for repairs, and I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled everything. The paint job was flawless, and the owner, Matthew, was extremely communicative throughout the process. Overall, it was a job well done, and I highly recommend them!
Got my truck back and the driver's side door was held on with 2 bolts passenger window Tint is scratched passenger door window bezel is broken door hanging off truck's never been washed batteries dead all parts are in the back and this is from somebody trying to steal it their repairs were nothing they caused just as much damage 4 months of my truck being gone and this is what I get I would never recommend them.
Took my car in for scratch repair on the side. They fixed that, but caused new scratches to my front bumper and installed the headlight brackets incorrectly (light misaligned). When I brought up the damage, the representative flat-out denied removing the bumper or lights and accused me of lying / being dishonest. Vehicle was dropped off as it was a repair being done for a warranty claim. Car was given back and it appears the defects were corrected. However, now the interior looks like I took it to burning man, seats reclined like it was being used as a lounge, paint repairs have rough spots and lots of orange peel, and no one inspected the vehicle before it was returned. Clear coat overstay on several parts of the vehicle now.
