the carpet cleaning service did an excellent job on our carpets. although the final price was a bit different from the initial quote, the technician was flexible and adjusted it closer to what we originally discussed over the phone. they did miss a couple of spots, like inside the linen closet and one bedroom closet, but that might have been because the linen closet door was closed, and the other missed area was in the master suite bathroom. it wasn't a big issue, but it would have been nice if everything was completely fini... read more
I had a fantastic experience with High Tech Carpet Cleaning! Jaxon was prompt and very professional. He took the time to explain the process, which I really appreciated, and the results were outstanding! We had multiple pet stains on our light grey carpet, and after he cleaned it, you couldn't even tell they were there! He worked quickly too; in less than an hour, he cleaned two bedrooms and a hallway, which is much faster than other carpet cleaners I've used. I will definitely hire him again!
