My dog had an accident on a rug while my friend was watching him. I reached out to several carpet cleaning services and chose High Tech Carpet Cleaning because Jonah was the most friendly and informative. He took the time to explain the various cleaning methods available. Jonah offered to clean multiple rugs for a flat rate of $99. When he arrived to clean the rugs, his friendly demeanor continued, and I enjoyed getting to know him better while he worked. I would definitely use their services again.

I was very happy with High Tech Carpet Cleaning. They quickly responded to my request for a quote. They picked up my area rugs for cleaning and stored them until my home was ready. Their team was timely, thorough, and professional, and my carpets look fantastic. We are a large company in Boston, and Bradley and his team came out to clean our carpets. Jonah at the office was very helpful with all the building regulations and made the process smooth. My roommate and I recently received a couch and chaise set from my aunt, who has a dog, so they had a strong pet odor.
