i've had the carpets in my home cleaned on two different occasions by High Tech Carpet Cleaning. one room had its carpet cleaned and stretched, and another set of rooms was cleaned later on. jalen responds to questions quickly and gives fair, accurate quotes. (talked to him on a friday and my carpets were cleaned by tuesday!) both times, the carpets looked like new. very good work and great results at a fair price. i highly recommend and will call again in the future!
Cesar at High Tech Carpet Cleaning is definitely the best in Escondido for carpet and area rug cleaning. We also found out he is very helpful if you ever have a flooded basement after heavy rain! He quickly removed all the extra water, set up dehumidifiers and fans throughout the area, and came back each day to make sure everything was drying properly. I highly recommend him! Ruben and the team did an amazing job cleaning the wall-to-wall carpet in my office. I was so happy with the results that I asked them to help with one of my wife's favorite rugs after our dog had an accident on it and it smelled terrible. Ruben and his team were able to save the carpet, and we couldn't be more satisfied! I will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again and I already recommend them to my friends. If you need your carpets cleaned, these guys are excellent!
The professional team (Elias and Cesar) gave us a helpful call 20 minutes before arriving. They both wore masks while working. They were very polite, and I was impressed with how professional they acted. Even more impressive was the fantastic job they did on my carpets.
