Outstanding service and great results. Earlier today, my wife's nail polish case fell apart and several bottles dropped onto the carpet, with a couple breaking and spilling black polish everywhere. I called a local carpet cleaning service in Alexandria and spoke with someone over the phone. I asked if their prices were reasonable since I hadn't checked with anyone else, and they assured me they were. They came out the next day, cleaned my carpets, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Just to compare, I called a few other carpet cleaning companies, but most had call centers that weren’t even in Alexandria, and they charged about the same or were booked for days or weeks. Shawn came out and cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet in our new (older) house in Alexandria on very short notice. He kept us updated about his schedule and arrival time, and finished the job within the time he estimated. We were at home during the cleaning, and Shawn explained each step of the process, even showing us some of the dirt that was removed. He also talked about the eco-friendly cleaning solutions he uses. Max and his teammate did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. They showed up early and worked hard to get the high-traffic areas looking great. The team was honest, friendly, and very professional. I also scheduled a dryer vent cleaning along with the carpets. They took a photo before starting and showed me that the vent was already clean.
