Hey my name is michael b a year ago I stop by high tech store on 1201 spencer , my sales guy was Carlos-p a year later I am back the service was professional and knowledgeable then and this guy is awesome he took the time to show me new technology new knowledge on new items very professional and friendly thank you Carlos I will be back again. PS : Give that guy a raise he deserves it I bought more lights have a bless day.
I bought honeycomb rims and the service there is good they are willing to help you find what you need and want. Glad Santos was there to help me
I wish I could give this place negative star's! Horrible service, out to rip you off and nothing else don't even know why these guys are still in business it sure ain't the quality of their work. Must be the location. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. First review I have ever done. I'm serious avoid at all cost.
i just bought a new 2014 GMC SIERRA. i called around looking for the best deal on a bed liner. so i decided to try out HIghtech. not only was it done all in the same day i also bought a Viper alarm and HIDs. this place is all in one type of shop. i will be returning to get a bass system for my truck very soon. they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they carry many options low in price and some high end options.
Went in to get hid halo headlights installed. They had me pay and then pulled my vehicle around. When I went to my car the headlights was on but no halos. I noticed I had 2 wires just hanging from each headlight.I went in and asked management about the wires and no halos. His response was thays how they install. I asked for refund or hook up lights properly. I got neither. Contacted owner, same response, NOTHING. Went down the road to another shop and got the service I deserved.
reasonable prices great customer service David helped me when I went in great guy he wants his customers a 1000% satisfied he is really understanding I would definitely recommended this place of u need any car accessories lights alarms hids grills etc
