I went in there because my grandmas radio stop working on her jeep and they were able to replace it for 1/4 the cost of what the dealer was going to charge me. The dealer quote me $1,800.00 and they did it for $400.00 with a 5 year warranty on it. That is better warranty than anywhere else I have seen.
Editing my review to address the person from this business who text my husband last night. Maybe you should try being more concerned with your paying customer’s lack of satisfaction by YOUR work and less concerned with my “damaging review.” We absolutely did not tell you to lower our vehicle as much as you did nor did we tell you to make one side of the vehicle 1/4 of an inch higher than the other side. This place messed up our vehicle when we brought it in for them to lower the rear. First, they dropped it entirely too low. We didn’t trust them to fix it to how we originally wanted it (wanted it lowered only 2 inches and they lowered it over 3 inches), so we had another shop fix their mistake. Also, the lowering kit we bought and had them install was adjustable.
