I reached out with a few questions, and Derek got back to me quickly. He took the time to explain the safe, professional equipment used for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney sweeping. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew a lot about indoor air quality and vent system cleaning. I appreciated how clearly he explained the process and what to expect from each service. They arrived right on time and handled the air duct cleaning quickly and carefully. The crew was friendly and polite to me and my dog, who usually gets nervous around workers. My ductwork was extremely dusty and dirty from the previous owners, but they did a great job keeping the dust and debris contained during the service. zachary even took a little extra time to show me how parts of my hvac system work and what to watch for bet... read more

After the service, the indoor air felt much fresher and cleaner, and the whole home now has better, more positive air circulation. I also appreciated that the work was handled carefully and pr... read more

After the duct cleaning, the job looked incredible. It was obvious they paid attention to detail and worked hard to make sure everything was done right. The air vents and duct system felt much cle... read more
We had our air ducts and A/C system cleaned and treated for mold before, but this time with High Tech Air Duct Service the experience was much better. Zachary and his crew were polite, professional, and easy to talk with. They carefully checked the full duct system, found mold in areas others had missed, and explained the air duct cleaning and sanitizing process clearly. They treated the mold thoroughly, sanitized the ducts, and applied a clean white protective coating to help stop mold and mildew from coming back. The whole... read more
