Jacob was wonderful and very friendly. He was honest about our air ducts not needing cleaning and only charged us for the trip. We had been told earlier that our ducts needed to be cleaned, but Jacob gave us a clear explanation and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary work. I appreciated his honesty and enjoyed having him help us. I’ll definitely call again in the future for air duct or dryer vent cleaning. It’s great to work with someone so trustworthy and kind.
