Scheduled an appointment to get a dryer vent line repaired. Technician was unable to fix, so decided to router dryer line through the PVC air intake pipe for my water heater. My partner was home at the time, and didn't know any better. Routing through PVC is not only against code, but a huge fire hazard. When trying to contact about getting fixed, got stuck in an endless loop of "we will have management contact you" and leaving multiple messages for "Dave", who never calls back. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They cleaned the air ducts really well, got rid of the leftover cigarette smell and residue from the previous owner, and even connected the dryer vent correctly under the house. The whole service felt detailed and professional, and the airflow in the home seems much better now. I will definitely use them again for future air duct and dryer vent cleanings.
