I contacted them to check and clean the air ducts in my house because a few rooms weren’t getting cool enough. Bryson and his team arrived right on time and were very professional. They explained everything clearly and gave me easy-to-understand options to help with my problem. After inspecting the ducts, they found out that cleaning wasn’t needed, and it wouldn’t really fix the airflow issue we had. Preston and Trenton just finished cleaning the air ducts at my condo in Sandy. They did a fantastic job! I mentioned that my dryer wasn't collecting much lint, and they explained the vent pipe might not be properly lined up. They went through the crawl space to the attic and fixed everything. They were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning service!
I had high tech air duct service come to my house to clean out our air ducts and dryer vent since we just moved in not too long ago. preston handled the job really well and left everything neat, like nothing had even been done. he even showed me how much better the airflow was after the cleaning. didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. would recommend them if you need your air ducts or vents cleaned.
I called this morning to have my air ducts and dryer vents cleaned, and Shaun was able to come out the same day. He sent a text when he was on his way, took care of cleaning the vents thoroughly, and made sure everything was tidy before he left. I would definitely use their air duct cleaning services again and highly recommend them.
I’d leave a zero if possible. Made a complete mess of the home. Marked up freshly painted walls, left debris, chemical spray spots all over and around vents, tracked in mud on floors and had to be asked to clean up after himself.
