I met Mike and Bill today. They helped with a potential issue with my bike. They are great guys. Make you feel at home. You know they want to take care of your needs. I will no longer be taking my bike anywhere else. Thanks guys.
After I had the motor rebuilt about two years ago, I started to notice some consistent noise coming from the primary case. We had discussed the possibility that this might occur due to the increased power we added with the rebuild. I called the shop only to discover that Al and Denise had sold the shop and retired. This place is awesome, I traded my vrod in for another bike that I really wanted that they had there, and the owners not only bent over backwards for me, but trusted me enough to take my word , that speaks volume. I can't say enough good things about High Strength V-Twin and Mike. I was in the middle of a motorcycle trip from Chicago to Philadelphia when I discovered that the rear tire on my Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe was showing cords. Needless to say, I wasn't comfortable continuing the trip without getting it addressed immediately.
