⭐ IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. We brought our kitten to High Street Road Animal Hospital for a vaccination with Dr Simmone Major. My mom (who doesn’t speak English) held the kitten the ENTIRE TIME while Dr Major answered our question — but NEVER touched our kitten. Suddenly, she said we could go. We were SHOCKED — neither of us saw her give the vaccine. When we questioned it, she showed us an empty vial and used syringe, saying, “If it’s not in the bottle, it’s in your kitten.” That is NOT proof. She then brought in ... read more
Always excellent care for my pets. Swift diagnosis and action. The vets chose the least invasive most effective method to remove yet another hair tie from this idiot.
My family have been using High Street Road Animal Hospital for almost 30 years. I myself was taking my dog here for some time, however I moved so it was no longer convenient. Staff her were the best and their service will be missed.
Caring and knowledgeable staff. Very affectionate for my older dog. Great to talk to, highly recommend
