In no way do I believe the negative comments and low star reviews posted here towards the vets and staff at the High Street Road Animal Hospital. From my own personal experience, I could not have asked for a more professional, supporting and caring veterinary service than what I have experienced over the past 9 years as one of their countless satisfied clients. Staff were so professional. My appointment was at 12.45pm but we took her in earlier bc her she had swollen spots around the face and mouth. Receptionist was quick to pick up that dog was suffering from an allergic reaction and we were admitted straight away. Dr Rachel gave our dog two injections as fast as she could and checked her paws for bee sting without us having to ask. The whole team were very caring, warm and it just felt like we were a family when it came to the pets. We are very grateful for the fast action and th... read more

Fantastic, caring staff and very knowledgeable vets. Can't speak for the prices, but such animal hospitals come with a $$$ pricetag. Limited parking out front, but more at the back. A small kids area in the foyer, and deeply respectful for owners of pets who are dying.
