My daughter rented from these people in mobile home park in west Sparta. Nasty well water hardly treated and definitely non drinkable and was paying 800$ a month. Trailer was nice but road is terrible and not plowed in winter water is nasty and in summer park is never mowed and she had to pay for trash removal. Pipes frozen in the well house in winter and nothing ever done she had no water for over 3 days and I told her to move I’d help with cost. I had multiple landlords as a student in Geneseo and I can say without a doubt HSPM is the best by a landslide. Their apartments are all newly remodeled and are a 2 min walk from campus. Truly miles above all others I've seen for rent around the village. They think of everything and are very easy to get in touch with which really helps when you need to focus on being a student
Absolutely terrible. They steal your money, charging you insane money for disgusting apartments. Glorified robbery. Also, they don't give you back your full deposit. Don't rent from them, stay on campus because you'll SAVE money + time
Would not recommend anyone renting from these people. My daughter moved out of her apartment in May and left it looking better than when she moved in and still has not received her security deposit and it is now mid July.
