The receptionist can't wait to get you off the phone at this surgery. Trying to get an Appointment is impossible. I have lived in the area for 3 years and every time I've called for help I've never been able to access a doctor. You would think that caring for patients would be a top priority but unfortunately not here. Choose another Practice is my advise!
Registered 4 months ago still unable to get to see a doctor. Have to visit the surgerey and write a repeat prescrition request. Huge mistake moving from my previous doctors
Let's face it Britain has gone 'Bonkers'!! EVERYTHING is nuts....BUT our receptionists are doing the best they can understand the circumstances. They are always very kind and pleasant ☺️
