I travel a lot for work throughout regional Victoria and this has been one of my favourite affordable motels. It's not fancy, but it's cosy, it feels like a little home away from home. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are great. I usually travel with my own bedding because motels can be very hit and miss but I don't feel like I need it here. Great one night stay in a family room with a teen. Room was comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, tea, coffee biscuits, split system heating. TV had Foxtel channels, parking outside the room. Loved being able to just self check in and out. Location was good, close walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, was the quiet end of town. Would stay here again.
Really basic motel accommodation, that was super clean, super easy to get to, perfect location
I’m very disappointed with this motel. I cancelled my booking 5 days before arrival as we ended up staying with family for a wedding. This was the weekend of March 26-28. After several attempts and conversations with management regarding a refund, they are ignoring and refusing to refund our money which is nearly $600!
I booked and paid for a room for 3 nights, in January, for May of this year. 4 months in advance! This was to ensure we got a great deal, an awesome discount for booking and paying early. Then they cancelled at the last minute blaming booking.com stating the payment didn’t go through - I have receipts!!!! An outright lie. Then they offered me the same booking for MORE THAN DOUBLE the original cost. How absolutely disgraceful.
