Brett and Kara are great couple to work with. They play close attention to detail and do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to build a new custom home.

After long and careful searching and researching prospective builders we selected High Street Homes. They listen to what WE wanted in our forever home and then submitted a bid that we felt very comfortable with. Their attention to detail was amazing. They kept us informed along the building process and they have the patients of saints as we had questions and "little" changes along the way. We never had one unexpected cost. A house is the biggest investment that you will make, and I do not recommend using High Street Homes for a new home build. Go with an experienced builder. We had to babysit the build due to lack of attention to detail, functional design considerations, no design help, lack of communication and expertise. The biggest disappointment is that we did not get the “boutique” one-on-one experience that they promise. We did not have a good experience with this builder. It started off fine but we quickly realized that they are mostly about themselves, not the customer. Just check out their posts and re-posts on social media and you will see what I mean. This was our first home building experience and we had no idea what to expect so we chose them with hopes that it would be a partnership.
