As a patient of over 5 years, I have NEVER seen the same Dr twice, and most of my 'Drs' I'd never even met face to face. I had to find out in the media yesterday that the reason for their 8 week waiting time is because all but ONE Dr had left, and all nurses had left also. Patients were not made aware of this, and had I known this, I would've immediately enrolled elsewhere and stopped wasting my own time
I’ve been trying to get a simple clarification about my prescription charges since October 2025. I was given a 1‑month script instead of my usual 3‑month one and then charged separately for a 1‑month and a 2‑month script. Teach your receptionists to how to talk to the customers. Called for appointment the guy answered the call was rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service
